Protecting your business records
BazarBook is the digital khata, billing, and inventory app for shopkeepers. It's built to keep your records safe — even offline.
Offline-first sync
BazarBook keeps working with no internet and syncs safely once you're back online, so a dropped connection never costs you a sale or a record.
Your data stays yours
We use your business data only to run BazarBook for you. We don't sell it, and we don't share it for advertising.
Helpinix
Money held safely until work is done
Helpinix is a peer-to-peer task marketplace. The scary part of getting help online is the money — so we hold it in escrow until both sides are happy.
Escrow-protected payments
Every reward is held in escrow and released only when the work is approved — so neither the poster nor the helper gets burned.
Human dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, real people review the case and decide fairly — not an opaque algorithm you can't appeal to.
UPI withdrawals
Helpi coins (1 coin = ₹1) are withdrawn straight to your bank over UPI, with clear balances and no hidden subscription charges.

Access to systems and data is limited to the people who need it to do their work, and is reviewed as the team changes.
Encryption in transit
Traffic to our websites and apps is served over HTTPS, so the data you send and receive is encrypted on the wire.
Sensible data handling
We collect only what a feature needs, keep it for as long as it's useful, and remove it when it's no longer required.
A note on certifications: we don’t currently hold formal certifications like SOC 2 or ISO 27001. We describe what we actually do rather than implying compliance we haven’t completed — and we’ll update this page honestly as our practices mature.
