These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NodNest Technologies (“NodNest”, “we”, “us”) website and services, including our products BazarBook and Helpinix. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts or data.
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person.
- Upload malicious code or content that is harmful, abusive, or misleading.
Products, Helpinix escrow & coins
Helpinix is a peer-to-peer task marketplace. When a task is agreed, the reward is held in escrow and released to the helper only once the work is approved. Helpinix uses an in-app balance of Helpi coins, where 1 Helpi coin equals ₹1; coins represent stored value for use within the platform and may be withdrawn to your bank over UPI in accordance with our processes. Where the two sides disagree, our human dispute resolution process reviews the case and decides fairly. NodNest facilitates these transactions between users and is not a party to the underlying agreement for the task itself. Any custom software engagement with NodNest is governed by a separate written agreement; information on this website is for general guidance and is not a binding offer.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, software, and product names on this website and within our products are the property of NodNest Technologies or its licensors, unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or used without permission. Content you submit remains yours; by submitting it you grant us the limited rights we need to operate and provide the services to you.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NodNest Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of our services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
